Website analytics notice
This notice explains the limited first-party analytics used on www.humantraining.org. It covers analytics on this public website, not every service or type of information HTC may handle.
What the website measures
HTC uses aggregate analytics to understand how visitors use public pages, including Insights articles, and to count contact enquiries that are successfully submitted. This helps us improve the website and its content.
For these events, the website records the event type, a sanitized page path, and the time. HTC reviews totals and popular pages in a private dashboard; it does not use this feature to identify individual visitors or send page-view data to Mailchimp.
What analytics records do not contain
These analytics records do not contain visitor IDs or cookies, IP addresses, names, email addresses, contact-form text, referrer details, or full URLs and query strings. Contact details are handled separately by the contact service; the analytics record only notes that an enquiry was successfully submitted.
Hosting, security, contact, and other operational services may handle information separately from these analytics records. This notice describes only the analytics data above. The learner-platform privacy policy applies to learn.humantraining.org, not as a complete privacy notice for this public website.
Storage and retention
Analytics events are stored in the database used by the HTC website and are retained for 90 days. Older event records are removed automatically as analytics activity is processed.
Visitor choices and questions
No separate analytics opt-in or opt-out control is used for this limited measurement. If you have a question about this notice or HTC’s handling of information, contact us at ht@humantraining.org.
