Established in Gurugram, India, in 2014, Human Training Consultants grew from a belief that everyone can and wants to develop. Our journey later expanded to the UAE through Veritas Human Consulting FZCO.
Varun Harnal
An engineer who discovered his passion for creating learning experiences, Varun brings a practical mind and a creative spirit to people development. His earlier experience in B2B sales helps him connect learning to the everyday realities of business.
As a trainer, facilitator and coach, he works across leadership, sales, team effectiveness and behavioural development. Theatre, music, simulations and role practice are part of his approach: people learn by doing, reflecting and discovering what they can change.
His mission now extends to empowering other trainers and HR consultants to build their own training businesses and scale the impact of experiential learning.

Human Training Consultants is a division of VHarWah Learning Solutions OPC Private Limited. Established in Gurugram in 2014, we later expanded to the United Arab Emirates as Veritas Human Consulting FZCO.
